Keep your evergreens in a dark, cool space (a garage or basement is perfect!)
Waiting more than 48 hours to wreath? Please give your evergreen boughs a small trim and place all of them into a cool bucket of water.
Be sure to have your garden snips ready (along with plenty of holiday flair) for your wreath making time!

Your wreath prefers to be displayed outdoors.
Rain, snow, sleet - it loves it all. Don't have it hanging where that will happen? Mist your wreath regularly.
If your needles are turning brown your wreath is thirsty. If it looks REALLY thirsty consider submerging it in water overnight.
If you choose to hang it inside please avoid direct sunlight, brightly lit interior rooms, fireplaces and furnace vents. A reminder that your wreath's longevity will be impacted if it hangs indoors.
